Frenchic Paint makes self priming chalk and mineral paints for furniture, walls, woodwork and outdoor use, sold direct as well as through over 500 high street stockists, with ranges including Al Fresco, the Lazy Range, Original Artisan, Chalk Wall Paint and Trim Paint. Because the paint needs no primer and usually no topcoat wax on the newer lines, the saving on a furniture project is as much in the steps you skip as in the discount code itself, and signing up to the newsletter releases 10 per cent off your next order. If you are painting whole rooms rather than furniture, Decorating Centre Online carries the trade brands.
FAQ
Do I need to prime before using Frenchic paint?
No, the paints are self priming, which is the main reason the range is popular for furniture upcycling. Surfaces still need to be clean and sound.
Which range should I use outdoors?
Al Fresco is the indoor and outdoor chalk paint, with more than 40 colours. Trim Paint suits woodwork where you want a soft satin sheen instead of a matt finish.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes, joining the newsletter releases 10 per cent off your next order.
Can I buy Frenchic in a shop?
Yes, over 500 high street stockists carry the range, and the site has a stockist finder if you would rather see the colour in person.
Are samples available?
Yes, colour charts and sample sizes are sold so you can test a shade on the piece before buying full tins.
