MyHenry statistics
New MyHenry codes appear roughly every week. Historically most MyHenry codes drop in September, worth waiting for if you can.
Henry hoovers bought from myhenry.com, the official Numatic shop, currently come with sums off individual machines such as Henry Quick Pet and Hetty Quick rather than a percentage voucher code, and the reductions already show on the product pages. Buying direct also adds a free third warranty year once you register the machine, delivery is free over £20, and unwanted items can go back within 30 days. If you are weighing up a cordless upright instead, promo codes from Gtech and SharkNinja are worth a look.
FAQ
Do I need a MyHenry voucher code to get the current price drops?
No. The current savings on machines such as Henry Quick Pet and Henry Wash are applied to the listed price, so they appear in the basket without a code.
Is delivery free when I order a Henry direct?
Yes, on orders over £20; below that it costs £2.99. Machines go by DPD next-day signed for, small single accessories by Royal Mail 1st Class, and orders paid before 11.30am are dispatched the same working day.
How long is the Henry warranty if I buy direct?
Cylinder vacuums carry a two-year warranty, and buying on myhenry.com lets you add a third year free by registering the machine. Accessories supplied with a vacuum are covered for three years.
Can I send a Henry back if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, in original condition with all packaging. Refunds reach your account within 14 working days, and on orders under £20 the delivery charge may be deducted.
Is there a MyHenry first order, NHS or student discount?
myhenry.com does not publish a first-order code or an NHS or student scheme. The reliable saving is the reduced machine price shown on the product page, and Klarna is offered at checkout if you would rather spread the cost.
