About New Look
New Look sells womenswear, menswear and kidswear at high street prices, with a large petite, tall and curve range that makes it a regular stop for hard to fit sizes. Two thresholds decide what you actually pay: standard UK delivery is free over £50 and otherwise costs £2.99, while click and collect is free from £25, so a voucher code plus the right delivery choice usually beats chasing a bigger promo code. For footwear to finish the outfit, Pavers covers a wider comfort range.
FAQ
When is delivery free at New Look?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50 and takes 3 to 5 working days, otherwise it costs £2.99. Click and collect is free once you spend £25, and next day delivery is £5.99.
Does New Look do a student discount?
Yes, students can get 10 % off through UNiDAYS. You verify your student status once, then the code appears in the UNiDAYS app or website.
Is there a discount on your first order?
New Look runs a 10 % off first purchase offer through its app. It applies to your first order placed in the app rather than on the website.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 28 days. Returns by Royal Mail, InPost or Collect+ cost £2.95, while dropping the parcel at a New Look store is free.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Often not. Most New Look codes exclude already reduced lines, and the exclusions are set out in the terms shown with each offer.
What sizes does New Look carry?
Alongside the standard range there are dedicated petite, tall and curve lines, plus menswear and kidswear. The size filters sit at the top of each category page.
