Ouros Jewels sells lab grown diamond jewellery, from engagement rings and wedding bands to tennis bracelets, necklaces and stud earrings, set in gold, silver or platinum with each stone certified by IGI or GIA. The 25% promotions on gemstone jewellery and on diamond eternity bands are where the real saving sits, since certified loose diamonds rarely move much on price. For antique and vintage alternatives, Laurelle Antique Jewellery and Mantra Jewellery cover a very different end of the market.
FAQ
Are Ouros diamonds certified?
Yes. Stones come with certification from a recognised laboratory, usually IGI or GIA, covering cut, colour, clarity and shape.
What is the returns window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for verified manufacturing defects. Custom and made to order pieces are excluded and qualify for repair rather than return.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies above a set order value, with the exact cost shown at checkout. US orders ship tariff free.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact Ouros Jewels within 24 hours of delivery. They open a claim with the courier and either process the insurance or remake the item.
Does the 25% offer cover the whole shop?
No. The current promotions apply to selected gemstone jewellery and to diamond eternity bands rather than the full catalogue.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes, made to order pieces are part of the service. Bear in mind that custom work sits outside the standard return policy and is eligible for repair only.
